Personal Philosophy of Nursing 

My nursing values are  centered on providing care that honors each patient's dignity, individual needs, and values. I believe every patient deserves to treated with compassion, empathy, and respect, no matter their background, diagnosis, beliefs, or circumstances. Nursing encompasses not only providing treatments but also recognizing the person behind the diagnosis and creating a safe, supportive place where patients feel cared for, heard, and valued. I strive to approach each patient with kindness, patience, understanding during their moments of vulnerability. 

I believe empathy is one of the most vital qualities a nurse can express. Through careful linstening, clear communication, and being present with patients and their families, we as nurses can build trust and reduce anxiety. I also believe in the importance of teamwork and working effectively with other healthcare professionals. Efficient and safe care requires teamwork, communication, and mutual respect. My goal as a nurse is to provide compassionate, evidence based care while maintaining professionalism and integrity and working cohesivly with all members of the healthcare team.
